1of — pronounced “one of” — is an independent label developing oversized art shirts for people who train. Every release explores an idea through painting-based imagery. Every edition has a published limit. Every authorized garment receives its own number.
Two studies in becoming.
Our first collection, FIRST PRINCIPLES, begins with Plato and Aristotle. ASCENT asks us to look beyond the first impression. PRACTICE asks us to pay attention to the character our actions build.
You do not need to know philosophy to wear the work. Start with the image. Let the idea stay with you.
Made to be worn.
The number makes each piece particular. The clothing still has to earn its place in your everyday life — through fit, feel and a print you want to keep wearing.
